She has over twenty years of corporate c-suite executive level management experience. Her employers were fortune 500 companies in the banking, technology and staffing industries who became her retained clients when she opened One Solution in 2001. She is highly respected as an effective results-oriented executive management business consultant, human resources expert, and speaker/trainer.

She is a Myers Briggs Practitioner and Certified “True Colors” and DiSC Personality Type indicator facilitator. 

She earned her undergraduate BA and MA Human Behavior degrees from Loyola Marymount University. She is the raving fan of husband Larry Goodman and they are the proud parents of 3 Sons, an only daughter and living their GRANDLife with three joys under age eight years.
